Yes. To offer our service at £99/year, we need you to be on our specific 'Partner Ledger' plans with Xero or QuickBooks. These are special licenses that you cannot buy directly from the software companies. This ensures our systems can talk to your data efficiently.

This is an optional add-on that covers the preparation and filing of your Year-End Statutory Accounts (Companies House) and Corporation Tax Return (HMRC). If you pay for this upfront with your annual service, you save £150 compared to our standard year-end price.

We celebrate! If your business starts processing more than 100 transactions a month or you need VAT returns, you will graduate to our 'Keeper Growth' tier. We will contact you to discuss the upgrade before changing any fees. We view this as a success story.
